Spaicy looks okay but the YCH guy looks way too odd. I know you use 3d models and trace them to not waste time doing the sketch phase but the arm seriously doesn't look good. I guess it would vary from character to character but if that's the base for human characters it definitely doesn't look any good, it needs more styling
